Our Campaign

United Way of Johnson County receives 74 percent of our funding through donor pledges and contributions. 26 percent is raised through special events, other revenues, and grants.  Our annual campaign includes:

  • Raising $1,505,000 by a group of dedicated local volunteers, a board of directors and employees.
  • Spending 88 cents of every $1 raised on local services.
  • Allocating 12 cents of every $1 contributed for fundraising and administration of services and programs.
  • Meeting with hundreds of people throughout the community to share the stories about the 16 local agencies and seven programs funded by UWJC.

How You Can Help

Company Campaign

Ask your supervisor if your company currently runs a United Way of Johnson County campaign. If they do not, you can still give to United Way through one of the methods below.

Credit card donations may be made by clicking on the donate button at the top of our website. Please note United Way of Johnson County is assessed a 4 percent service charge by the on-line provider for each transaction.
