United Way of Johnson County Kicks off Campaign
On August 21, United Way of Johnson County kicked off its annual fundraising campaign announcing an impressive goal of $1,502,186 to meet the needs of Johnson County.

Christmas Angels matches local families with sponsors who can provide toys and clothing to children during the holiday season. UWJC also partners with Grace United Methodist Church to run the Angel Tree Store, which gives out toys and clothing donated by local businesses and individuals. In 2014, the Christmas Angel program provided toys and clothing to approximately 691 Johnson County families. United Way of Johnson County has recently upgraded antiquated technology in our administrative office thanks in part to the $7,000 grant recently award by the Johnson County Community Foundation through its 2015 Fall Grant Cycle. This grant will help us to improve our efficiency, reduce costs, and increase our visibility in the Johnson County community.
