United Way of Johnson County Kicks off Campaign
On August 21, United Way of Johnson County kicked off its annual fundraising campaign announcing an impressive goal of $1,502,186 to meet the needs of Johnson County.
How can you help?
In 2015 the Christmas Angels Program was able to match 529 Families, with a total of 1359 children, with sponsors who provided toys and clothing for the holiday season. UWJC also partnered with Grace United Methodist Church to conduct the Angel Tree Store, which handed out toys and clothing donated by Johnson County community members impacting 114 families with a total of 290 Children
Thanks to all the Johnson County sponsors and volunteers who helped the Christmas Angles Program successfully impact 643 Johnson County families with a total of 1,649 children.

United Way of Johnson County is now able to more effectively target the root causes of social issues to effect real and lasting change in Johnson County!
United Way of Johnson County has recently upgraded antiquated technology in our administrative office thanks in part to the $7,000 grant recently award by the Johnson County Community Foundation through its 2015 Fall Grant Cycle. This grant will help us to improve our efficiency, reduce costs, and increase our visibility in the Johnson County community.
