Sometimes you just need to know where to turn. United Way of Johnson County's Helpline is a free, confidential information and referral service connecting Johnson County residents with the health and human services they need. Whether you're facing a financial crisis, looking for food assistance, seeking mental health resources, or trying to help a neighbor in need, our Helpline staff will listen, help you understand your options, and connect you with the right organizations in our community.
Helpline is available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is staffed by knowledgeable, compassionate team members who know Johnson County's network of services inside and out. Every call is confidential. There is no cost to call, and no referral is needed — just pick up the phone.
To reach the Helpline, call 317.738.4636.
