Recommend a specific dollar amount to be allocated to the assigned agency and general recommendations about the agency.  Specific duties include:  attend a two-hour allocations training session; review all materials; visit assigned agencies during designated time period; participate in the half-day allocations deliberation to review specific agencies’ requests.
