Christmas Angels Application In-take - November 2, 2016

The Christmas Angels program matches local families with sponsors who can provide toys and clothing to children during the holiday season. PLEASE NOTE: SOME schools take applications directly. Their timeline will be different. You are encouraged to apply through the school. If you have applied through your child’s school, please do not apply again.

Who Can Apply: Only Johnson County Residents who are the parent/legal guardian for children (0-17) born before November 17, 2016

To apply: Applications will be taken in person ONLY.

Preferred Documents:

-Driver’s license or State ID with current Johnson County address

-Social Security cards (no copies) for all children and parent/legal guardian

Verification of Public Assistance:

-Medicaid

-Food Stamps

-TANF

-Energy Assistance

-WIC

 

Alternate Documents:

-Current bill or lease with address if different from ID

-Birth Certificate needed for children younger than 6 months old without a social security card.
